I had my orthodontist appointment this morning and it went well. I told Dr. Matheson about the pain I experience putting the retainer back in when I keep the retainer out for 3-4 hours. He was all set to bump me up to 6 hours a day until I mentioned that. D'oh! :) Best to be honest though! We decided to take a new impression of my upper jaw and my retainer is being adjusted with a spring. I get it back tomorrow afternoon at 4:15. I can't wait. My teeth are killing me right now without my retainer. It sucks. :(
